My brother finished BCA i want to know whether he is eligible fo MCA

bcoz his +2 subj are accounts commerce economics computersci (either he can take maths or comp sci)

but i see in eligibity criteria  they ask for maths in +2 so im confused he has done BCA which has a immediate degree to MCA.................can u clarify it
