Hi all,
I am trying to lose all the weight i have gained in the last 4 years... in between i also had a baby but fortunately i did not gain too much of weight. I am 5.3 and weigh around 69 kgs. and I want to lose the weight and attain my ideal weight of 54-56. I have started started avoiding oily food, i eat a bowl of oats everyday, I have started doing Zumba, i got the dvd's and well its fun coz you are learning amazing dance moves and its fun coz dancing is fun..its just sad to do it all alone. I also take care of a healthy and very naughty son who will be one in august.
If anyone would like to join me doing Zumba please let me know and we can rock the party and also burn the fat away and well i reallllly need to lose weight so if anyone has any suggestions please letme know......
