I am combining the idea that one of you cmoms had already offered (Providing clean packed food to kids returning from school and attending various classes). 

One of the problems that working women face with raising school going children is where to leave the kids once they get back from school. Without a good support system back home  its getting difficult to handle. So providing an after school centre, where kids can stay over once they get back from school and also enjoy the good, clean, nutritious food that the place can offer.  Its basically combining food and shelter. The school going children can hang around in this place when they don't have classes or stay over after they return from classes until they get picked up by their parents. We can have the timings till 8 p.m to accomodate the software crowd. Their food stuff is taken care off and they are also sheltered in a safe place. Its an after school-day care.
